Built in 1904, in the neo-classical style, Spahn House is a gracious 15 room, southern mansion situated on a picture perfect shady street. Beautifully restored and decorated with fine antiques in 1994, this fine home features four guest rooms all with private baths, some with jacuzzis for two. All rooms have every modern convenience and there are five inviting common areas available to guests. These include a large lobby with dining area upstairs, a formal dining room, staircase room, front parlor, library, and bar.

The Santini-Stewart House, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was built on land purchased in 1828 by John Blight Byrne, a wealthy New Orleans merchant and was the last home of Confederate General A.P. Stewart. Joseph Santini purchased the home in 1867, which remained in the family's hands until 1972. The simple but appealing design is perhaps the earliest example of the " American Cottage " in Biloxi. Extensive renovation has been done to the home to bring it to the present delightful decor, which reflects the Santini's business as an international importer.
