Welcome to Solglimt, a lakeshore bed and breakfast inn, offering lodging accommodations in Duluth, Minnesota. Lake Superior and its seven-mile soft sand beach are feet from your door. The sun rises here and you can have glorious color or soft moody mist—both on the same morning! In the solitude of this natural side of Solglimt, in breezy sailing days or magnificent storm, it’s hard to believe that the Duluth Entertainment and Convention Center, Marine Museum, charter fishing docks, Lake Superior Aquarium & Discovery Center, Canal Park shops, antique stores, restaurants, and the Lakewalk are a very short walk across the Aerial Lift Bridge.
